We've discussed this among the staff and we all agreed that this will make things easier both for users and Jen the feedback removal queen.
There's a lot of retaliatory feedback going around, and this is not a trend we like much. Leaving retaliatory feedback is not cool - if the other user hasn't done anything wrong or they have proof of upholding their end, you can not leave them bad feedback. But some still try. Some still do it even after admins have told them no. And we want to put an end to it.
If you leave retaliatory feedback for someone, you will be told by an admin that it is not allowed, and if you do it again you will receive a warning. It does not have to be the same user. If you leave a retaliatory feedback for user 1, then six months later you leave a retaliatory feedback for user 2, that is still a warning because you should have caught on the first time.
If someone leaves a valid negative or neutral for you, if you turn around and leave them a neutral or negative in return, that is retaliatory. It's an attempt to get back at them for leaving you bad feedback, and that's not how Laundro works. For a bad feedback to be left, you need a reason. If you are unsure if your reason is good enough, ask a mod or an admin. But please do not PM us asking if you can leave a neg for someone that deadbeated you or if it's okay to leave a neg when you've waited a month for your item and not seen any proof that it was mailed, or you want to leave a neutral for receiving damaged items that the seller won't replace or refund. Use your common sense!
And, if Jen removes a negative or a neutral you left, do not leave it again. This should be painfully obvious, but some users still need this reminder. If you do this, you will be given a warning for leaving retaliatory feedback a second time.
As always: 3 warnings = banned.
